called alot so i answered a few times without speaking and they hung up immediately. Then i answered and went along with "the nice man from Microsoft" who wanted to "fix" my computer. When i got to a step that would do something to my computer i told him i thought he was a fake and a terrible person for sucking people in and he got really angry and went off! Someone called insisting to talk to the boss (they already knew his name, which is not difficult if you check companies house). They said they cannot even send an email with their name as it's confidential. It's about shareholding or whatever. I think they have been sending us mail as well.
