This number should be a landline from Liverpool. I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck.
This line of numbers ( 01614646xxx) is mostly reported to be used for fake PPI telemarketing, so be aware... I can see at leat 4 numbers from the same range reported here with the same problem, people be really aware of this, if you pick it up double-check all info you provide them with...01614646170, 01614646171, ... all the same call centre.

I received a call from this number today saying they were finance and l had a cheque for £1900 . Asked for my bank details and what bank l deal with. I do not have a bank account ( thank god) but they said is there anyone who could put cheque in their bank .if so need bank details. Seems suspicious ?

Seems to be another number related to the RSPCA - check them at http://www.rspca.org.uk/home - but this number is used by a global call centre working for multiple charities, and the bad thing is that they share the database of numbers, so can call you not only in the name of RSPCA then... Probably I will block this number, it became just a nuisance...
