Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. Rang today and listed a stream of debts I DON T have. Hung up on me when I pointed out I have no debts. Thick Indian accent, didn t ask any security questions and also failed to tell me the name of the company twice - he got confused both times so god knows where he was meant to be calling from. Three calls today , first checked my name then hung up , second just hung up and last one said hello then hung up !

I was called from this number by a man with an African accent. I asked to be removed from their database. Caller became aggressive and offensive and used obscene language. This number should be reported to authorities for legal action.

I class this as harassment and downright annoying. Am reporting the number as such. Don t give these people the time of day!

Blocked this number ages ago as I have read bad things. I don t want a smart meter and if I did then I certainly wouldn t get one with OVO now after the numerous calls to me. Even though it s blocked it still comes up on my app and I ve had a call every day for a month! RIDICULOUS
