Obviously a (badly) spoofed number. London numbers don't start with (020) 1xx, only 020 3xx, 020 7xx, and 020 8xx.

I got a call from this number regarding PPI. I told the caller I wasnt interested & put the phone down. He then RANG ME BACK & demanded to know why Id hung up on him when I hadnt heard what he had to say. I told him I still wasnt interested but he persisted so I just kept saying ovet & over Im not interested until he lost his temper & hung up. Victory for me!!!

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Short ring at 19:23 hrs, no message left on voicemail, something needs to be done about these irritating out of hours nuisance calls, it is getting so my blocked callers list is bigger than my phone book.
