From somewhere in Russia. A well-spoken English voice telling me £800 had been put on my card for an online gambling site in America. To contact their fraud department press !. No chance!
Russian sounding chap called from 02081871316, didn't give a compnay name, but said in a clunky manner that I'd bought bitcoin as "another company", it's been stolen but they can help me get it back. I'm concerned that they might scam someone if they get more slick at the script.

Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user.
