Caller wanting to talk about delivery of wardrobes. When you call them back, expect to be placed in a queue that takes ages to reduce. I have tried 3 times and given up after 15 mins each time. Must be costing me a fortune from my mobile phone!

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. When they called me last month I rang them back and gave them all my info and they confirmed they had no record of debt at any of my previous addresses or under my name.
