Only wanted to speak to owner of business. When asked about his company he gave the company name. When I asked what they did he spoke to me as if I was stupid and said "we finance Companies". When I said we were ok thanks he sneered as me and said "yeh right", so I said goodbye and hung up. Whatever they are trying to sell they will get no customers with that attitude. Scam - number pretending to be HMRC with automated voice claiming unpaid tax is owed and you are due to appear in magistrate's court. Scam call, HMRC never call unexpectedly, and especially not from a mobile number!

It's a scam. A man speaking with a strong accent, but introducing himself as Michael, said he was calling from the "council repair service". He knew my name but didn't know that I'm not a council tenant. I hung up.

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late.
