Fraud - I was called off one number trying to get a security code that would reset my O2 account. when I refused to give the one time code to the lady she got aggressive. I said I would check with O2 customer service and if everything was ok would take up the offer. I was given this number as O2 customer services - IT IS NOT. I reported to O2 (202) and they confirmed that this was Fraud, and if I gave them the code they would have had access to my O2 account.

Said she d been informed I was recently injured in a car accident that wasn t my fault. I asked her how she knew that. Silvershine Services. 4 calls in 48 hrs all from Leicester based numbers. Call starts off with an automated voice asking about accident details. After answering yes and giving brief details, I am put through to a human being. Despite telling them on NUMEROUS occasions now that I DO NOT wish to receive these call, they still persist.
