My partner has an ongoing battle with Safari Mobile. When she complained, they produced some detailed-looking reports, but refused to divulge the actual sign-up URL. After several e-mails, they eventually coughed up £50.00 as a 'good will' gesture, but the total owing was over £250.00. My partner was adamant she never signed up for the service and today she finally got hold of the bill for July 2016 which proves this beyond doubt. Answered today offering information on switching, when I declined and asked for my number to be removed from their database they decided to argue with me about why I did not want to switch. Rude and Strange. I don’t think it is even a legitimate company. Be wary!
003142585258. Nuisance call. This number called me twice today, The first time it was a man with an asian voice yesterday morning and a woman in the afternoon. I said I could not understand what she was saying (also Asian) and she said she would make me understand and then put the phone down. This number rang me quite a few times over the Christmas holiday but I didn’t know what to do about it, so just put the phone down. Is it one of those where, if you ring back, you end up with a large phone bill?

I believe this to be a telephone/banking scam. They purported to be my bank but they said they wanted me to open another account and transfer money from my account into this other account - at that point I stopped the call and called the number on the back of my debit card and reported the call to my bank fraud department.

Foreign voice wanted to know if I was the owner - they said they were British Telecom
Company calling themselves Diamond Regal. Don t know what they are flogging, other than it isn t PPI and they claim it is something to do with a change in law. I didn t let them get farther than that before informing that I strongly object to people I don t know calling me on my mobile and being exceptionally familiar with me in using my first name.
