Encourages you to be on your computer and will probably instruct you to take certain steps to avoid the problem, but most likely installs malware on your computer. Similar to well-known "I m from Microsoft" types of call. DO NOT ALLOW THEM ANY TIME OF DAY!

Called 3 times - first hung up, second I heard a conversation about how the girl likes to hang out with a higher caliber of people and then the 3rd actually spoke! She hung up after disliking my 'pompous' attitude - I asked why they were calling and that I found it strange that they had accident details but were asking whether I was at fault!!
