Unknown mobile near Manchester. Rang off as soon as I answered
SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:02 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. 07578 197434 Scam number saying they will charge you for Amazon prime
DHL Scam. Don’t give them any information. They’re trying to get payment for unpaid import duty but somehow they’ve got access to DHL’s waybill numbers. But they’re so stupid they can’t even quote the correct amount!
SCAM - Claiming to be from 02 and asking for security code to access the account and give you a monthly discount. Fortunately the text that’s sent with the code warns to hand up immediately if code is being requested via the phone. Stay vigilant!

BEWARE..these are scammers trying to get you to call their ‘bank helpline’ to check about apparently unauthorised debits from your bank account. I hate people who do this. The automated female voice is realistic but banks never do this sort of stunt. BEWARE!

Call was at 6.41am. I rang back - not sure if that was wise - there was a mumbled (male) response, something about 'delivery' was all I could make out even though I asked which company. Told them they'd called a wrong number and hung up, feeling uneasy.

I think this is a marketing call. No message left, but they tried twice and the same day I received a call from a similar number with 2 different digits - again no message. When I called it (blocking my own number) there's an automated number saying the office is closed and it's 'something' communications (I didn't catch the first word). I figure if it was important / genuine they'd leave a message.
