Missed a few calls from these recently, mostly on purpose with me not choosing to answer. Very annoying they have got my phone number!
Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls - surveys, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8439418xxx range... People don't fall for it. Did someone answer any number of this range?

Apparently if I don't press 1 to connect to HMRC representative with regards to my fraudulent activities I will be arrested immediately! i had a call like this from another number 2 weeks ago... still sitting here waiting to be arrested! I know that HMRC do not make calls such as these and it took a few seconds for the call to connect when answered. I hung up and blocked the number.

This was an unsolicited call which I let go to ansafone the message started automatically - It appears to be a scam call (not mentioning your name, but saying HMRC has taken out a lawsuit under your name & an arrest warrant has been issued under your name & urging you to press 1 to speak to your case officer ( a case number KN01297 is quoted & you are urged to press 1 to speak to the case officer) - Typical of the types of scams used against older people

Who is this? Seems to be some general call centre with range of numbers, I have found more numbers from the same range reported by another people on different similar pages, so I assume this should be the same call centre. Mostly reported as accident chasers - insurance marketing. I would recommend to block the whole 1513759xxx range... Does someone have more info for these numbers?
