The semi permanent make-up, and hair cut but then went on to say he wanted his hair coloured and teeth whitening! His messages were weird so I googled his number to find other complaints about him! Safe number new system for NHS appointments, link does look ‘dodgy’ so didn’t access it but also in msg is option to to send text saying PRINT, which will mean a paper copy of the appointment is sent. I did this and letter came a couple of days later. Poorly thought out scheme as msg does look like a scam and no advertising saying this is their new system!
