This is a scam number, and probably all numbers 023821464**. Asian sounding voice said he was from "Amazon Fraud Department" and that my account had been compromised (I don't have an Amazon account). He quoted, correctly both my mobile number and my house phone number. Told me that the account would be frozen. They have called many times. I answered once and told them to take me off their caller list as I do not want insurance. They continue to call but I never answer. I m going to ask EE to stop their calls getting through.
