They are working with or on behalf of O2. They are trying to get people who have just applied for a pay and go sim to upgrade to a contract sim. It s a bloody pain in the backside the amount of times they call. You would think that after ringing someone 2 or 3 times without the phone being answered they would give up but No. I answer and make them wait on the line lol

Ditto to last comment. Two or three times a day. If you answer it goes to a ringing tone. Balls to that. Have blocked about 30 0843 numbers so far. They just keep coming.

Someone in Motherwell had an urgent need to phone me at 1950 BST. It wasn t that important to leave a message. On the basis that such appalling manners should be rewarded, these tossers have been assigned to the black list, if and until I can be persuaded otherwise.

Left a very ambiguous voice-message with our receptionists regarding a business inquiry . Having looked at their line of work as a business seller/broker, I see no reason to speak to them. The company name is Knightsbridge Business Sales . Google it for more info.

Got a call today at 09.20 from this number, they said it was about an Internet enquiry, could this be true.

Dotun Adebayo soundalike called me in East Kilbride. I politely told him that I had told his "National Consumer Survey" that I wasn t really interested in taking part but - as I always do - wished him a good shift. Don't ring them back, they employ a number of scam number ringers. they usually ring a few rings then put the phone down- if you call them back they save on telephone fees....
