cold calling annoying

Had a few of these calls recently from different numbers. They will ask a random question like "We hear you have been having problems in your house, is that true?" or "Hello you have won blah blah blah" and then immediately hang up. I think this is a possible scam, I think they want you to call them back. - Block the number and forget about them.

Fraud: Claiming to be the UK Refund Department, telling me my name and number have been listed as due a PPI refund of nearly £4,000. When I tried to stop her talking and explain that I am not entitled to PPI refund, having never had PPI, she continued to reel off her blurb. When she finally heard me, she stated that I did not need PPI to get the refund??? I asked for my name and number to be removed from the database. She continued the blurb. I repeated myself until she finally told me to F*** Off!!!

Spoof call pretending to be o. Dont give them any bank details even if they sound convincing. Most times they hang up if you answer the call otherwise they ask if you want a better deal on your tarrif. Fake, beware.

Left a computer recorded message saying to ring them back or they would freeze my bank accounts and i would be arrested. Yeh ok, nice try you thick twats

rubbish callers

I did not subscribe to anything but I have been charged - I couldn't understand why my bill was almost €30 over usual amount. I have not been able to stop it - I sent stop to this number but got no reply. What's strange about this is that I have not received any texts. The company seem to be taking money from me some other way.. Its very frustrating as I can't afford this extra charge!!

The person knows my name apparently, and they know which country I am from too. Claims that I can earn easy money with easy trading.. too good to be true. Was very persistent to talk again another day to explain how to earn easy money... I don't feel real
