I was asked to speak tot he business owner so knew straight away it was a cold call to which I said no thank you and put the phone down. To which the caller rang back and was somewhat aggressive the next time stating that I had put the phone down on him and that he would e-mail my director telling him what I had done then proceeded to hang up on me. Having read the previous comment, there is no surprise why he behaved in this way!
Claimed to be from BT and noticed speed of internet was low because of probable virus. If I started up my PC, they would sort it out. Asian accent with English name like Terence Granger. I asked for tel number and as quick as a flash he gave me the above number. Obvious scammer.

I told her I was fine and didn't want to swap providers. I wouldn't tell her which company I was with and she became very pushy and annoying. I told her I didn't trust her and put phone down.
