Man claimed to be from Microsoft and knew my name. Asked if I had a computer. As I did not answer and just kept asking him how he got our number (we are registered with TPS) he said it was from publicly available sources! He then said as I was not cooperating he would cut me off straight away. Extremely concerning due to his bullying attitude and tendency to answer back rather than ending the call as most of them do.

I m receiving calls from Red Star Financial Management on a weekly basis now. Often twice a week. Rang to take part in a survey about energy efficiency.. then called back a few days later about discount vouchers for energy improvements. Accused me of being rude when I asked for my data to be removed from their system.
"National Database" saying we haven t had free energy assessment that may lead to a grant for new boiler. Only database we re on is TPS so shouldn t have had a call. Other websites report the company as Dundee-based "Aspen Capital Consultants Ltd". Will report to ICO for 3rd time in 3 weeks.
