Claims management company after a quick buck. Doesn t follow TPS agreement to avoid calling.

Phones numerous times. 1ST asking about PPI. then car accident claims. Sometimes no one speaks, you just hear them breathing....weird. Nuisance caller.

First thing they said was "We understand you've been in an accident", at this point I hung up.

Gave her name and the name of the company then said they were asking householders to take part in a survey, at which point I interrupted her with a two-word response. The thing is I m registered with the TPS and shouldn t receive calls like this.

If you receive a cold call from an organisation you don t know, just take as many details as you can, even if it s just the number and time of call and report it the Information Commissioner s Office (ICO) via this link https://ico.org.uk/concerns/ If enough people do this these companies will be fined - sometime pushing them out of business - and we can all enjoy owning a private phone again.

Caller spoke in foreign language, took for attempts before he spoke in English then said it was Alex calling from BT Openreach about my internet connection. I told him it wasn?t BT then he swore profusely then hung up.

Unsolicited marketing call - recommend ignoring it.

Had a call from this number 17th October. Caller with very strong Asian accent said he wanted to talk about my personal pension details. I ended the call immediately.

This is Clearanswer call centre Hull, orange have an external contract with them so realisticly they are working on behalf of orange. Its not a scam the promotions are genuine. Basically they do work for orange to help them out. I believe they also have a contract with Talk Talk. They ask if you have a mobile as you could change it at anytime. This number is used by Boku, a phone collection service (based in San Fransico, USA - with supposedly Europe wide offices) that collects "subscriptions" from, normally inadvertantly, "subscribing" to on-line adverts, messages and web sites.
