Settled accident claim (9 months ago, not my fault, no physical injury sustained by me) and eventually accepted small payout after being hounded by solicitors. Very aggressive recorded message on my mobile from 02085646318 from a female saying I had criminal proceedings about to be actioned against me and to press 1 for more information. I did not of course. I am not is such a situation nor do I respond to incoming recorded messages. It was quite upsetting to have the call though, and could have been very frightening if a more fragile person had taken the call. I am aware legitimate people would not use such a method to contact anyone.

Got a call today from this number. The guy didn t introduce himself but said he was from Google marketing and wanted £180 to put my page on a first page search. (I do this myself already). I said I could do what he was offering for next to nothing and at that point the caller got aggressive, I hung up him. He s obviously a chancer trying to scam people out of money. Yet another sad fool giving Manchester a bad name. I will be reporting him to Google.
