Keep getting phone calls from this number who are saying they are contacting me on behalf of EE because I am due an upgrade. I explained I didn't want an upgrade and to please remove me from the call list but still getting phone calls. Got to say as well, for the Home, BT’s ’Call Guardian’ phones are a serious piece of kit! Stops Cold Callers dead in their tracks. I’ve never had such blissfull peace since getting one a couple of years ago. EVERY HOME SHOULD THEM AS STANDARD! Folks, buy your elderly / vulnerable relatives and friends one for Christmas, etc... they’ll thank you forever and you’ll get peace of mind knowing they’re protected from scammers.
