This number seems to be from Dagastan in Russia. As I don't know anyone in Russia I would suggest it is a scam caller. Fortunately I got it as a missed call.

Parts of this was in bold to make it seem urgent. I'm not expecting any delivery from Evri. But I checked with the Evri app anyway. Nothing showing! Fraud SPAM SCAM It's a scam. An Asian person pretended that O2 was offering me a promotion. They said they would send me an email and I did not need to do anything except some easy approval. When I told them they were a scam, they told me: you can't prove anything. I know they tried to scam me before, and at the time they had followed up with the phishing email with pretty much all what you'd expect from an email from O2. It's disturbing.

Jason Phillips called me from this number and then sent 2 email copy letters with Financial Ombudsman Service at top right of the letters, stating a big refund for my solar PV. He asked for covering payment upfront saying it is needed to cover costs of UK Law Associates before a refund could be arranged. I had no positive proof of who he was/is and declined the payment. I am perusing this through the ombudsman who is handling the case of mis-sold pv for me.
