I had a silent call (on 15/5/15)& as I was expecting a call from unknown people on this area code, I used 1471 and phoned back. I heard a recorded message "You were called today by Media Match. The cal was not important and we will try again later. Goodbye" A Google search for Media Match shows a US firm with this name, but on websites similar to this one they claim that they do not cold-call and that their name is being mis-used. This number called our landline on 16/8/18 at 6pm. We didn't recognise number so guessed it was a scammer.

I also recieved a call supposedly from Hewlett Packard. From what I could understand from his thick Indian accent, He was calling all owners of a certain manufactured computer to warn them about some problem....asked if I was on my computer now. I told him to send me an email about this problem and hung up.
