If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. Have been called repeatedly by this number. This caller follows typical silent call behaviour by hanging up as soon as my answerphone switches over to record a message. Anyone legitimate would leave a message. High probability this is at best a cold sales call.
