From "the No campaign" trying to find supporters who will be voting to leave Europe. Been calling me daily. Finally answered and asked them to take me off their lists. We will see if they do.

Sales call Another call asking for a few minutes of your time. The caller did not id which firm he is working for or why he is calling but needs your time to complete a survey. The same man rang yesterday from 01613949542 with the same line of patter. How far down the survey does he start asking for your personal details etc?

Call centre based in India. They claim that there has been unauthorized activity on the internet from your computer and they will disconnect you unless you pay them. Once they have your credit card details they will take all the money that they can get away with. There are other variations on this to get your credit/debit card details.

There was a suspicious pause & silence (auto-dialler?) when I answered and then the call was disconnected. Rang today and listed a stream of debts I DON T have. Hung up on me when I pointed out I have no debts. Caller claimed to be from BT openreach calling about internet issues. They asked me to run a speed test and when I said I had 69 download and 18 upload they said that the difference was an issue. When I pointed out that it was always like that, and wasn't supposed to be the same they hung up. Obviously a scam.
I rang British Gas to arrange a service and asked them not to pass my number on to anyone else. Got a call asking for feedback 30 minutes later. Did not answer and blocked the number. Think I will have to get service from elsewhere if they ignore what I ask in future.
