Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. Just received a call from this number about online trading. When asked how they got my number, she said online banner ! Strange - I asked her to remove my details - she said that I would need to speak to someone in the company and would not give me the name of the company. Then hung up on me.

Answered call and a young man asked to speak with me by name in regard to private pensions, when he found that I was already retired & receiving a state pension, he said sorry for troubling me and ended the call.
