Just used Google enhanced search & it’s from China, telling me that they were my bank and that they’d stopped 2 payments from Amazon & an international company and I was to press my phone to acknowledge it. Obviously I didn’t! Checked directly with bank.

Text scam. Seems like text message from Royal Mail re missed delivery. Link in text takes you to what appears to be Royal Mail website ( but is not ) and says £1.45 needed for redelivery. I did not go any further but I presume the next step would have been a request for bank or card details. I checked with Post Office and they confirm they do not send texts for failed deliveries - they still leave cards.

I asked if it was Vodafone and she said yes, then asked how much I was paying for my phone bill and what kind of device I had - all information she should have been able to gather from my account. Dopo ti chiedono di accedere al tuo account bancario per poterti inviare questi soldi che avevi in un conto di trading online. A me hanno detto che avevo 0,69 Bitcoin, vale a dire circa 13.000 euro. I was called from this number this morning claiming to be from my bank. It was a recorded message and not a ‘live’ caller. I was informed there were two suspect transactions from my account and, if they weren’t from me, I should press 1 on my keypad. I hung up immediately, checked my bank account and saw that the transactions didn’t exist so I assume that this was an attempted scam.

Kept calling back when I told the heavily accented person on the other end of the phone to go away and that I didn't want to talk to him. Would not tell me why he was calling. Finally threatened me that he would send people round to my house to deal with me.

Lady called in and claimed to be Anna from Amazon webservices. She asked to get contact data from one of my colleagues (who doesn't have Amazon as customer) to schedule a meeting with her boss. As we are located in Germany and my colleague doesn't have business in UK or with Amazon as customer I asked about the topic of this meeting. She claimed to not know that. Didn't give her mail address either. I guess her to call from a headhunter agency in disguise

Definitely a call center from background noise and when you call back the number goes straight back to that operater without company name total scam

This is a scam company trying to sell services for stock trading. They use a multiple mobile back up numbers also. They are always non English natives with Russian, east European, Indian accents featuring. They will offer to send you a clickable What's App link which is possibly infected with a Trojan virus or takes you to a website. They will keep calling no matter you telling them you are not interested. Definitely avoid.
