There tell phone manner is strange as well as if you start questioning them they try to treat you like an idiot. they say stuff like; What are you worried about now? Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around.
