Got a call from this number on my mobile. Said I d been in an accident. No I haven t. I reckon they just dial numbers at random. I say this because only my family know my mobile number and I won t give it out to ANYONE else. They didn t even know my name or where I was from or where the accident happened or what car I was supposed to have been driving or what time of day or the date it was supposed to have happened. I missed 8 calls from this number in the space of 10 mins! When I spotted the missed calls I called back(no voicemail messages had been recorded) I had assumed it was very urgent owing to the persistence of the caller - the number is not recognised. Caller asked to speak to marketing/website person for the company. Told him no one was available, said he would ring back, I asked who was calling TWICE, he ignored that request and put the phone. Although very polite, he was rude. He wont get through next time he is going on my blocked caller number list.

Had a pre-recorded message in reference to suspending my NI number if I did not press 1 to discuss further. Apparently according to the message my NI number has been misused hence the threat of suspending. Obviously, I did not entertain them by pressing 1..
