This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Life insurance caller from a London based company. My number was passed on to them through an Indian call centre claiming I was entitled to PPI. Indian call centre asked for bank details from the start of call then passed through to this UK based life insurance caller.
