This is UNICEF call and harasses me daily. The calls are to a UK mobile but since I live in France each call costs both me and UNICEF money - far in excess of my original text donation. Numerous recent calls asking for house owner or house holder but never identifying themselves or stating their business. Seem like some kind of property dealers. Other people in this area have received similar calls.
