They called twice today 11:25 & 16:04. The second time that they called I answered and they hung up

They phone & then hang up when I answer. No-one speaks.

Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. Assuming you're an a***t - call the number and tell them you have passed their number to the police as you believe they are grooming a minor.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. I use this number to speak to their accounts team. I think it is actually the main switchboard number to get through to all departments you may require at TAPA.
