Sounded like a real person, but I eventually realised it was a recorded message. Mentioned a ‘government scheme’ regarding loft insulation.
Missed a call and as I couldn't find any negative ratings, I called back. After 20 rings, an answering machine said it was Augment (whoever they are). I didn't leave a message.

I did not subscribe to anything but I have been charged - I couldn't understand why my bill was almost €30 over usual amount. I have not been able to stop it - I sent stop to this number but got no reply. What's strange about this is that I have not received any texts. The company seem to be taking money from me some other way.. Its very frustrating as I can't afford this extra charge!!

They lock you out of your laptop/computer have access to all your Internet banking details, card payments made etc. If you don't bank online , they tell you unless you pay them money, they won't reverse the block on laptop/computer. Please be careful of these calls. Never ask for you by name
