Called me saying they are the Carphone Warehouse and were trying to get me to buy laptops, phones and tablets. The line was pretty rubbish so I'm not sure if this was a scam as I'm sure the Carphone Warehouse don't just randomly call up numbers.

This is a very persistent company, or their records are v poor. They have called several times on consecutive days - verging on harassment.

Silent call - called back, number not recognised
SCAM. Insurance claim related scam. Claiming to be on behalf of Aviva. Rang from a similar number that I had blocked previously. Rang on Christmas Day on a special number that I have that noone knows about outside a small circle of family members (hence my answering thinking it was a Scottish family member - Glasgow number), so they must be getting number to call from EE direct as they asked for me by name. Worrying.

Hi I ve just got a call on this number it said a company that was something like youlifestyle i didn t recognise the company name but presumed it was something i d signed up to like a beauty site because they knew my name, at first it was just like any other annoying call like a survey one, they asked my address (which they got wrong but i said it was mine because i m not about giving my details away) then asked my living situation. When I said I was engaged they asked if i lived with him and if we rented w
