Had a call from this number just now. Lots of call centre noise and it was just some woman rabbiting on to a colleague about some guy who works there who does not have a girlfriend. I assume she did not realise they had autodialled me, or I answer so quick she was distracted. After some time she seemed to realise and hung up. Looked on this site and found it was a cold calling sales number so will avoid answering next time. Like others, I am also TPS registered!!!

This number has called me repeatedly over the last 10 days at least 4-5 times a day. They are trying to sell me a subscription for puzzle books. After the usually no not interested & where did you get my number from in x-directory to now not answering it. I ve told TPS but the calls keep coming. So I now got so fed up with them that I answer the phone by saying a different fast food takeaway chain & asking them if they want to place an order- that confuses the hell out of them.

This number calls several times a day and has done so for many weeks. From what I can find on the internet, it seems to be based in India and is a scam. We have activated call protect on our landline and hope this will block further calls.

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls - surveys, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
