Also used my wife s name, instead of mine, and she s not an Orange/EE customer. Told them I could hardly hear them. They said they d call again soon with a different headset. Don t trust them. I was called by this number today. What sounded like an automated voice stated "We have been advised that you have been in an accident which was not your fault. Can you confirm this?" When I asked who had advised them, the voice stated "OK we will remove you from our database". I am registered with TPS and find this annoying. It appears that I am not alone with many recent comments about this number so hopefully something can be done.
