Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. I have managed to confirm that calls from this number are from a company debt management company called Stephenson Drake (www.stevensondrake.com. They operate by automated cold calling your number. You will either hear silence or a message asking if you are having problems with debt. If you press 5 to speak to someone then you are cut off BUT your number is stored and you will receive a follow up call from them. This is a number used by scammers trying to access your computer by telling you that it is infected, they guide you to view the syslog and look at the really bad infections. Then if you are daft enough they get you to open a command prompt window and log onto their website - result yhey have your computer and bye bye to lots of money
