They claim that I signed up last year with them to stop unwanted calls. I do not recognize the name. They have charged me £149.99 for the final year then free for life. Claim to have updated the service. Well-spoken, good English, no accent.

Called my elderly grandad just now (isn?t the first time). He couldn?t understand him so passed the phone to me. I told him we didn?t have either and he carried on trying to talk, so I repeated that we didn?t have either and to not call again and he hung up. Expecting a call again tomorrow as that?s what happened last time I told them not to call

I politely told him that I had told his "National Consumer Survey" that I wasn t really interested in taking part but - as I always do - wished him a good shift. His accent was thick and he either said good luck mate or you arsehole. I will cut you if we ever meet you ignorant cunt.

Had the same call asked him for his name which he said was Stan Cooper which I doubt. Would not give up until I told him I was contacting the police he swiftly hung up.
