SCAM Seems to be a call center as noisy line. Tried to obtain bank details etc under false pretences, alleging an engineer from BT has detected problems on my home landline and that without rectification I could incur £+ costs but if remedial action is taken quickly charges may be reduced. I asked for their engineer and departmental details but got nowhere so advised would call BT myself and the caller rang off. One for OfCom and other authorities. Called my mother yesterday, stating they were from HMRC. Threatened her saying she owed a bill and if she doesn't pay immediately she would get arrested and go to jail! Shook my mother up but she did not fall for it. BEWARE!!!!!

This is some type of Pakistani scam through a UK, Manchester prefix. Don't pick up, just block the number and report it if possible.

This number has called me a few times and never leaves a message. If it was Amazon or anyone else legit they would always usually leave a message. This number NEVER leaves a message and when I did answer it on one occasion, an automated voice starts to speak and I hang up. Do not trust them and very very annoying.

Called twice today and left blank message on answerphone.
Insurance scam cold call twice 12.12.2022 at 12:59 and 15:19. When asked what they were trying to sell me, they closed the call. On the second occassion when I asked where they had obtained my number, they closed the call. I've now blocked.
