Jack, you seem to be the only person working for BT Business as you are the only person making these sales calls, for such a large business!!. I called back straightaway and a woman, struggling to speak English, answered, telling me she was from HMRC. She asked me to verify who I was. I replied "you called me, you should know who I am".
