Asked for a reference number and they gave me this number 020 81233558 to call back. Instead I called TalkTalk's number on their website who confirmed no-one fro TalkTalk had called me and this was a phishing scam.

I didn't call back as there's a scam now where if you call back certain numbers it shows up on your bill as you've called them back and it's listed as anything from 1 to 12 hours.
