Think it’s a scammer on FB, has hacked into an account on there and pretending to be a widower living in Bedford. The phone is being used in the Preston area. I have blocked before he tries to extract money from me. He will not send current face photo with today’s date in his hand so I know it is a scammer. The FB profile hacked looks very American not Uk. PHISHING Claimed to be PC World offering to upgrade my phone to latest Galaxy S21 unlimited everything calls, texts, data, international. Became very insistent when advised not interested. I had to discontinue call as would not take the hint.
SPAM - Had a few calls from this number, rang them back dialling 141 first. A lady answered saying it's about energy savings - boilers, solar panels. Said my address came up as someone likely to be interested. I live in a very energy efficient house - IGNORE
Fraud: Bank scam. Suggests they are from your bank (but they don't tell you which one because they don't know) Informs you by automated call that large transfers have been made out of your account (which is rubbish). They hope you will be daft enough to talk to them so they can obtain your bank details. Why the Police and Telephone companies still allow these fraudsters to operate it beyond me.

SCAM Some random guy called saying he was from the Covid vaccination line, he addressed me by my first and surname then asked if i had been vaccinated. All i said was "well if you're calling from the vaccination team you should know if i have been vaccinated or not" so he hung up!
