Asian female reportedly from "Windows Tech Support" called to tell me that that they had received numerous error messages from my computer and that she was there to help. Ran off a load of numbers and letter supposedly from my computer licence and when asked to repeat it the numbers and letters did not match. When asked to supply I.P. address hung up. "Windows Tech Support" would never ring. Total scam.

I have had these calls - they phoned my mobile and I didn't think till later how they got it. They said they were calling re problems with cavity wall insulation which I had done a few years. I was convinced and made arrangements for a visit on Monday - its weekend now so cannot contact them. If they call I will just turn them away. Its so easy to get drawn in.
