Just called and when informed that the call was being recorded and that we were members of the TPS the person at the other end happened to mention that he was recording the call as well. Continued to try and do a survey and became very upset when interupted to as where they got our details from. Tried to tell me that i had filled out a lifestyle survey which i havent so i told him so.... he then suggested that i shouldnt talk to people like that as its rude! SCAM Caller said she was form Virgin Media and could see issues with my broadband. Caller hung up when I asked her to tell me what my VM account number or broadband area number were. Call/number have been reported to the Information Commissioners Office
