Automated call - Robotic voice says it's Aqua Energies I think? Clearly a scam call.

Rang me twice today, and on previous occasions, I think. The moment I pick up, it s like the caller chose *that* moment to hang up, but that happens too often, with this and other numbers, to be a coincidence.
I need to know if these people are scammers I I answered the phone and the lady called and said that it is regarding an insurance taken out on a television Three years ago.

Recorded Message received at 13:29 on 1st Nov 2018 claiming to be Nicole from BT saying that my IP address had been compromised and that if I pressed 1 on my handset that their engineers would rectify the problem, otherwise ALL of our internet and Wi-Fi service would be suspended within 24 hours (see also 01939848683) for same threatening message.

two missed calls when I eventually answered they knew my full name. Not sure if they re a liget company or not but If they are they need some serious customer service training.
