If I started calling a random person and doing this BT would trace the calls and the police, quite rightly, would be down on me like a ton of bricks. I m a little person you see. Just received a call from this number on my mobile. I answered and said "Hello?" whereupon the call was immediately disconnected. I don't recognise the number, but suspect some sort of scam or nefarious activity. Although the criminals mainly target my landline, some of them seem to have my mobile number.

These guys never stop calling you! They re trying to sell life insurance and they keep calling me although I said no a lot of times. Might as well block the number.
