Called to tell me that there is been over thousand pounds transaction on my account today, and I should ring in to stop the transaction if I have not authorized the transaction. I checked with my bank who have told me there's been no such transaction. Clearly a scam call.
Automated voice said my card had been used on Amazon and to press 1 if it was not me. None of my banks are in this area so this is a scam.

I suspect this phone number has been cloned and, given the caller's accent and the quality of the line, is being used by a call centre from abroad. Almost definitely a scam.

I have blocked before he tries to extract money from me. He will not send current face photo with today’s date in his hand so I know it is a scammer. The FB profile hacked looks very American not Uk. This number called today at 07.36 and claimed to be from Microsoft. The person with an Asian accent told me my computer has been compromised and said have you herd of hackers. I asked for an email to confirm it was Microsoft but he reassured me it was and trust him he has details of my computer security number, we went round incircles a bit, then I put the phone down. 10secons later he called back asking why I put the phone down as I new he was genuine but called me from a different number02088884827.
