Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1618142xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, insurance claims, financial marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems) Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. I was trying to dig some info on the internet, don't want to call them back until I know who might be calling but no luck. Some idea who is it?

They left answerphone messages - Claimed to be HMRC and are preparing a lawsuit against you. Call this number immediately. Yeah right, total scam. Worry that some people may be worried enough by the threatening nature to fall for it. They also called a couple of times from 0113 3281205 with the same voice and message funnily enough! HMRC would never leave a message like that so these calls are always scams.

Silly b*tch was taking a break from watching her family on Jeremy Kyle. Immediate update - I got an almost immediate reply to my emails and they say that although this is a one-off £10 charge for a 12-month reminder service for which they make it clear there is a charge (hmmmm) they will process an immediate refund via the Post Office. So easy that one can only infer that they receive many, many requests per day for refunds from people such as me who are totally unaware that they had signed up. Result! I emailed [email protected]
