Cold caller on our TPS registered linr pretending to be BT - "Hello I m not sure who to speak to can you help me (...) I want to speak to you about your BT line - are you the person responsible" Just the same old same old from one of the dodgy, pretend phone companies - didn t know the account holder name, or which account number, and was just trying to scam his way in.
Caller hung up when answered.

They told me I had £2450 pound to come back, They left a message on my house phone. I looked the number up on the net and it took me here. A ppi scam. But I am with that bank so how do they know?

Had a phone call of this number an old lady sounded distressed then hung up. I called back and she said one word then hung up. I called back 2nd time and a man picked up and said no nothing ghen hung up. Strange!
