Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19167199xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI refunds, accident chasers, insurance claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? Clicked on a side item in Facebook ( Sean Connery loss???) and message both textual and voice came up as message from Microsoft that my computer was infected with spyware and my bank account details could be stolen and to phone their toll free number immediately. I recognised immediately that it was not a tollfree number but a premium rate number and immediately shut down and restarted my p.c.
